How long does it take to set up my RDP? +
Because we manually verify payments and configure each server to ensure maximum security and isolation, provisioning typically takes between 2 to 6 hours during normal business hours. You will receive an email and a dashboard notification as soon as your credentials are ready.
What payment methods do you accept? +
We primarily accept cryptocurrency (USDT, BTC, ETH) with automatic on-chain verification. We also accept bank transfers upon request. To ensure fast processing, each invoice generates a unique fractional amount that allows our system to instantly match your payment.
Can I pay daily or weekly instead of monthly? +
Daily and weekly billing cycles are currently available exclusively for our Spain (ES) datacenter. If you select any other location, you will be billed on a standard monthly cycle.
Is my RDP environment shared with others? +
No. Unlike cheap resellers, we provision a dedicated Virtual Machine (VM) for every single customer. You get your own isolated operating system, dedicated vCPU cores, dedicated RAM, and your own private IPv4 address. You are never sharing a session or resources.
What happens if I don't renew my server? +
You will receive an automatic renewal invoice 3 days before your expiry date. If payment is not received by the expiry date, your server enters a 3-day grace period. If still unpaid, the server will be suspended. Data is retained for 7 days after suspension before permanent deletion.
Can I upgrade my plan or change my OS later? +
Yes. You can open a support ticket from your client dashboard to request an upgrade, downgrade, or OS reinstall at any time. We will prorate the difference based on your remaining billing cycle and migrate your environment with minimal downtime.
Are your servers suitable for Forex or Crypto trading?

Do you allow browser automation or web scraping? +
Yes. Our RDP environments are isolated, meaning you can safely run Python scripts, Selenium, Puppeteer, or other automation tools without affecting other users. We do require you to comply with our Acceptable Use Policy (no malicious DDoS or spam activities).
Do you offer refunds? +
We offer a 24-hour refund window if your server has not yet been provisioned. Once credentials are delivered and the service is active, refunds are only evaluated on a case-by-case basis for confirmed technical faults.
